Se spal\u0103 pieptul de pui \u015fi se taie buc\u0103\u0163ele mici \u015fi sub\u0163iri. \u00centr-o tigaie, se pun untul \u015fi dou\u0103 linguri\u0163e de ulei la \u00eencins, apoi se adaug\u0103 buc\u0103\u0163elele de piept la pr\u0103jit. Se condimenteaz\u0103 cu sare \u015fi piper alb dup\u0103 gust \u015fi se las\u0103 se rumeneasc\u0103.<br \/>\n2. Separat, se pune ap\u0103, sare \u015fi ulei \u00eentr-o oal\u0103 \u015fi, c\u00e2nd \u00eencepe s\u0103 clocoteasc\u0103, se adaug\u0103 foile de lasagna care se las\u0103 la fiert conform instruc\u0163iunilor de pe ambalaj. Se unge o tav\u0103 cu pu\u0163in unt, se pune primul strat de foi, carnea, un alt strat de foi, carne \u015fi ultimul strat de foi \u015fi se acoper\u0103 cu sosul b\u00e9chamel.<br \/>\n3. Pentru a prepara sosul, se tope\u015fte untul, se pune f\u0103ina, laptele c\u0103ldu\u0163 \u015fi se fierb la foc mic. Dup\u0103 ce se ob\u0163ine sosul, se toarn\u0103 peste lasagna, se presar\u0103 ca\u015fcavalul ras \u015fi, pe deasupra, se toarn\u0103 sucul de ro\u015fii.<br \/>\n4.
