Se decongeleaz\u0103 aluatul foietaj, se \u00eentinde \u015fi se unge fiecare foaie cu ulei. Se cura\u021b\u0103 \u0219i se spal\u0103 ceapa \u0219i morcovii, apoi se taie ceapa Julien iar morcovii se dau prin r\u0103z\u0103toare. Se pun \u00eentr-o tigaie cu pu\u021bin ulei la c\u0103lit \u0219i se amestec\u0103 periodic. Dup\u0103 ce s-au \u00eenmuiat bine, se adaug\u0103 ciupercile sp\u0103late \u0219i t\u0103iate, amestec\u00e2nd continuu. Se adaug\u0103 apoi sm\u00e2ntan\u0103, sare \u0219i piper dup\u0103 gust. Aceasta va fi umplutura &#8222;pl\u0103cintei&#8221;.<\/p>\n<p>2. Pieptul de pui se spal\u0103 \u0219i se taie feliil lungi \u0219i sub\u021biri. Se unge o tav\u0103 rotund\u0103 (sau p\u0103trat\u0103), ad\u00e2nc\u0103 cu pu\u021bin ulei \u0219i se aranjeaz\u0103 foietajul, apoi se a\u0219az\u0103 buc\u0103\u021bile de piept una l\u00e2ng\u0103 alta, pe fundul tavii. Se d\u0103 jum\u0103tate din ca\u0219caval prin r\u0103z\u0103toare \u0219i se presar\u0103 peste carne. Se \u00eentind apoi legumele, \u00een mijlocul t\u0103vii, pe toata suprafa\u021ba. Se poate presa u\u0219or cu lingura. Se acoper\u0103 legumele cu \u00eenc\u0103 un strat din felii de piept de pui \u0219i se pune tava la cuptor pentru 30 de min, la 180 -200 grade.<\/p>\n<p>3. Dup\u0103 30 de min se scoate tava din cuptor \u0219i se scurge apa format\u0103 \u00een tav\u0103 (daca este cazul).
