{"id":180,"date":"2018-11-12T07:34:28","date_gmt":"2018-11-12T07:34:28","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/www.fermele-crevedia.ro\/blog\/?p=180"},"modified":"2018-11-12T07:34:28","modified_gmt":"2018-11-12T07:34:28","slug":"recomandarea-saptamani-2","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"http:\/\/www.fermele-crevedia.ro\/blog\/?p=180","title":{"rendered":"Recomandarea s\u0103pt\u0103m\u00e2ni"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><strong>Sup\u0103 Thai cu pui<a href=\"http:\/\/www.fermele-crevedia.ro\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/11\/Supa-thai-.jpg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"size-medium wp-image-183 alignright\" src=\"http:\/\/www.fermele-crevedia.ro\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/11\/Supa-thai--274x300.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"274\" height=\"300\" srcset=\"http:\/\/www.fermele-crevedia.ro\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/11\/Supa-thai--274x300.jpg 274w, http:\/\/www.fermele-crevedia.ro\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/11\/Supa-thai-.jpg 654w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 274px) 100vw, 274px\" \/><\/a><\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Ingrediente:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>* 300 &#8211; 400 grame de piept de pui Fermele Crevedia;<\/p>\n<p>* dou\u0103 be\u0163e de lemongrass (sau dou\u0103 lime);<\/p>\n<p>* 3 cutii de lapte de cocos;<\/p>\n<p>* 2 linguri de sos de pe\u015fte;<\/p>\n<p>* 10-12 ro\u015fii cherry (sau 2 ro\u015fii obi\u015fnuite mai mici, coapte bine);<\/p>\n<p>* c\u00e2teva frunze de kaffir lime;<\/p>\n<p>* 1 leg\u0103tur\u0103 de ceap\u0103 verde sub\u0163ire (sau 3 cepe mici);<\/p>\n<p>* 10 ciuperci proaspete;<\/p>\n<p>* 4 buc\u0103\u0163i de galangal, decojite, sau 4 buc\u0103\u0163i decojite de ghimbir<\/p>\n<p>* ardei iute (dup\u0103 gust);<\/p>\n<p>* 1 lingur\u0103 de past\u0103 red curry sau past\u0103 de lemongrass.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Mod de preparare:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>1. Se fierbe pieptul de pui, se adaug\u0103 pu\u0163in\u0103 sare, o tij\u0103 de lemongrass, crestat\u0103 u\u015for cu un cu\u0163it pentru a elibera aroma, 2 c\u0103\u0163ei de usturoi, 3-4 frunze de kaffir \u015fi o bucat\u0103 de ghimbir, t\u0103iat\u0103 \u00een dou\u0103. Dac\u0103 nu g\u0103si\u021bi lemongrass, se pune \u00een crati\u0163\u0103 o jum\u0103tate de lime, t\u0103iat\u0103 buc\u0103\u0163i.<\/p>\n<p>2. Dup\u0103 ce fierbe carnea, se scoate din crati\u0163\u0103 \u015fi se taie cubule\u0163e. Se scot \u015fi legumele \u0219i se p\u0103streaz\u0103 supa.<\/p>\n<p>3. Se pune o cutie cu lapte de cocos la fiert. C\u00e2nd d\u0103 \u00een clocot, se adaug\u0103 cubule\u0163ele de pui, buc\u0103\u0163ile de ghimbir \u015fi a doua tij\u0103 de lemongrass, t\u0103iat\u0103 \u00een buc\u0103\u0163i mari. Se las\u0103 la fiert \u00eenc\u0103 2-3 minute. Se adaug\u0103 apoi \u015fi con\u0163inutul celorlalte dou\u0103 cutii de lapte de cocos, supa rezultat\u0103 din fierberea puiului, ciupercile t\u0103iate jum\u0103t\u0103\u0163i, jum\u0103tate dintr-un ardei iute (t\u0103iat f\u00e2\u015fii), dou\u0103 linguri de sos de pe\u015fte \u015fi ceapa (t\u0103iat\u0103 \u00een buc\u0103\u0163i de c\u00e2te 3 cm lungime). La sf\u00e2r\u015fit se pun \u015fi frunzele de kaffir lime.<\/p>\n<p>5. Dac\u0103 nu ave\u0163i lemongrass se poate stoarce \u00een sup\u0103 sucul de la o lime sau chiar dou\u0103, \u00een func\u0163ie de gust. Se mai las\u0103 la fiert 5-6 minute. La final trebuie s\u0103 rezulte o sup\u0103 acri\u015foar\u0103 \u015fi picante, cu arom\u0103 de lapte de cocos \u015fi l\u0103m\u00e2ie.<\/p>\n<p>6.
