Se pun f\u0103ina, zah\u0103rul, drojdia \u0219i untul \u00eentr-un vas. Se toarn\u0103, pu\u021bin c\u0103te pu\u021bin, ap\u0103 c\u0103ldu\u021b\u0103 (nu fierbinte) \u0219i se fr\u0103m\u00e2nt\u0103 un aluat potrivit de tare. Dac\u0103 este necesar, se mai adaug\u0103 ap\u0103 sau fain\u0103 p\u00e2n\u0103 se ob\u021bine un aluat ferm, nelipicios. La final se adaug\u0103 sarea \u0219i se omogenizeaz\u0103. Se las\u0103 la dospit, la loc cald, pentru o or\u0103.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Salsa:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>2. Se coc ardeii pe gr\u0103tar. C\u00e2nd se r\u0103cesc, se decojesc \u0219i se cur\u0103\u021b\u0103 de semin\u021be \u0219i cotor. \u00centr-o crati\u021b\u0103 se pun sucul de rosii, ardeiul iute feliat, doi dintre ardei, ro\u0219ia tocat\u0103 buc\u0103\u021bi mari \u0219i uleiul. Se blenduiesc p\u00e2n\u0103 se ob\u021bine un amestec fin \u0219i omogen. Se pun la foc mic \u0219i se las\u0103 s\u0103 dea cateva clocote apoi se adaug\u0103 \u0219i ceilal\u021bi ardei toca\u021bi m\u0103runt \u0219i ceapa taiat\u0103 rondele fine. Se mai d\u0103 un clocot \u0219i se adaug\u0103 sare, piper, boia, busuioc.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Umplutura:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>3. Se taie pieptul de pui buc\u0103\u021bi mai mari, se condimenteaz\u0103 cu sare, piper, busuioc \u0219i o lingur\u0103 sos teriyaki. Se pun \u00een ulei \u00eencins (2-3 linguri) \u0219i se adaug\u0103 50 ml ap\u0103. Se las\u0103 la foc mic p\u00e2n\u0103 e bine p\u0103truns \u0219i apa este sc\u0103zut\u0103. Carnea se poate prepara \u0219i la gr\u0103tar sau se poate pr\u0103ji \u00een ulei.<\/p>\n<p>4. Se taie ceapa julien iar ca\u0219cavalul se d\u0103 pe r\u0103z\u0103toarea cu ochiuri mari.<\/p>\n<p>5. Sosul se prepar\u0103 f\u0103c\u00e2nd o maionez\u0103 din ou, ulei \u0219i sare, la care se adaug\u0103 sm\u00e2nt\u00e2na, praful de usturoi \u0219i ceapa verde tocat\u0103. 6. C\u00e2nd aluatul a crescut bine, se \u00eemparte \u00een 10, form\u00e2nd bilu\u021be (depinde \u0219i de m\u0103rimea tig\u0103ii), se \u00eenf\u0103ineaz\u0103 blatul de lucru \u0219i se \u00eentind cu sucitorul lipii rotunde care se coc \u00een tigaia f\u0103r\u0103 ulei, timp de un minut pe fiecare parte.<\/p>\n<p>7. Se iau apoi c\u00e2te dou\u0103 lipii, se \u00eenc\u0103lzesc u\u0219or, una se pune pe blatul de lucru, iar pe cea ramas\u0103 \u00een tigaie punem un strat de ca\u0219caval ras, felii de carne, ceap\u0103 ro\u0219ie, 2-3 linguri de salsa, apoi ca\u0219caval \u0219i cea de-a doua lipie. Se preseaz\u0103 cu mana lipind \u00eentre ele ingredientele, se \u00eenv\u00e2rt cu totul c\u00e2nd pe-o parte, c\u00e2nd pe cealalt\u0103 \u0219i se las\u0103 \u00een total cam 2-3 minute av\u00e2nd grij\u0103 s\u0103 nu se ard\u0103 lipiile. 8. Se scot pe un fund de lemn \u0219i se por\u021bioneaz\u0103.
