Pulpele de pui se taie cuburi \u0219i se pun deoparte. Se pot folosi \u0219i \u00eentregi, dup\u0103 preferin\u021be. Se toac\u0103 m\u0103runt ceapa \u0219i usturoiul \u0219i se pun \u00een crati\u021b\u0103 cu pu\u021bin ulei, s\u0103 se c\u0103leasc\u0103.<\/p>\n<p>2. Cardamonul se scoate din p\u0103stai \u0219i se piseaz\u0103 \u00een mojar, \u00eempreun\u0103 cu chimenul \u0219i boabele de coriandru. Se amestec\u0103 apoi \u00eempreun\u0103 cu ghimbirul, boiaua, curry \u0219i foile de dafin \u0219i se toarn\u0103 peste ceap\u0103, \u00een crati\u021b\u0103. Se vor amesteca bine.<\/p>\n<p>3. Dup\u0103 ce ceapa devine u\u0219or aurie, se adaug\u0103 buc\u0103\u021bile de pulpe \u0219i se las\u0103 p\u00e2n\u0103 c\u00e2nd carnea devine mat\u0103 \u0219i alb\u0103. Se adaug\u0103 orezul basmati (\u00eenmuiat \u00eenainte \u00een ap\u0103 fierbinte) \u0219i 1- 2 c\u0103ni cu ap\u0103 sau sup\u0103 de pui strecurat\u0103.<\/p>\n<p>4. Se las\u0103 s\u0103 fiarb\u0103 totul p\u00e2n\u0103 c\u00e2nd orezul absoarbe toat\u0103 zeam\u0103. Dac\u0103 este necesar, se mai poate ad\u0103uga ap\u0103 sau sup\u0103 de pui.<\/p>\n<p>5. La final, se adaug\u0103 stafidele, se mai las\u0103 5 minute \u0219i se stinge focul.
