Se spal\u0103 bine ficatul, se las\u0103 s\u0103 stea \u00een ap\u0103 rece cam 30 de minute. Se cur\u0103\u021b\u0103 de pieli\u021be cu grij\u0103 \u0219i se spal\u0103 pentru ultima data. Apoi se pune \u00eentr-o crati\u021b\u0103, se adaug\u0103 ceapa cur\u0103\u021bat\u0103 \u0219i taiat\u0103 pe jum\u0103tate, c\u0103\u021belul de usuroi cur\u0103\u021bat, sare, boabele de piper \u0219i foile de dafin. Se acoper\u0103 totul cu ap\u0103 \u0219i se pun pe foc.<\/p>\n<p>2. C\u00e2nd se formeaz\u0103 spuma se ia cu ajutorul unei palete \u0219i se las\u0103 s\u0103 fiarb\u0103 30 de minute. Dup\u0103 ce ficatul a fiert, se trece pe sub un jet de ap\u0103 caldu\u021b\u0103, se scurge bine \u0219i se l\u0103s\u0103 la r\u0103cit.<\/p>\n<p>3. Ficatul rece se pune la robot, \u00eempreun\u0103 cu ceapa, untul la temperatura camerei, galbenu\u0219urile trecute prin r\u0103z\u0103toarea mic\u0103, se mixeaz\u0103 p\u00e2n\u0103 se ob\u021bine o past\u0103. Se adaug\u0103 sare \u0219i piper, dup\u0103 gust, mu\u0219tar \u0219i cimbru \u0219i se mixeaz\u0103 pentru ultima dat\u0103.<\/p>\n<p>4. Se va ob\u021bine un pate cremos.
