Se a\u0219az\u0103 pe un blat de lucru unindu-se buc\u0103\u021bile \u00eentre ele pentru a forma o bucat\u0103 mai mare.<\/li>\n<li>Se presar\u0103 peste ele sare \u0219i piper m\u0103cinat, dup\u0103 gust. Se pune apoi un strat de felii cu kaizer, una langa alta. Peste kaizer se pune un strat de carne tocat\u0103. Se niveleaz\u0103 cu ajutorul unei lame de cu\u021bit.<\/li>\n<li>Peste carnea tocata se presar\u0103 ca\u0219cavalul ras \u0219i ardeiul gras t\u0103iat \u00een cubule\u021be mici.<\/li>\n<li>Se ruleaz\u0103 pieptul de pui. Pe o folie de aluminiu se presar\u0103 2-3 linguri\u021be de boia dulce de ardei \u0219i se pune rulada. Se trece prin boiaua de ardei.<\/li>\n<li>Se \u00eenvele\u0219te rulada \u00een folia de aluminiu, se pune \u00eentr-o tav\u0103 cu ap\u0103 \u0219i se bag\u0103 \u00een cuptorul \u00eenc\u0103lzit \u00een prealabil, la 180 grade, unde se \u021bine 40-50 de minute. Dup\u0103 acest timp se scoate din folie \u0219i se mai introduce \u00een cuptor pentru 20 de minute.<\/li>\n<li>C\u00e2nd este gata, se scoate din cuptor \u0219i se las\u0103 la r\u0103cit.
