Se taie carnea de pui felii cam de 1 cm grosime \u0219i se pune \u00eentr-un bol. Se adaug\u0103 peste aceasta zeama stoars\u0103 de la o jum\u0103tate de l\u0103m\u00e2ie, apoi se adaug\u0103 o linguri\u021b\u0103 de sare, o linguri\u021b\u0103 de usturoi pudr\u0103, o linguri\u021b\u0103 boia de ardei \u0219i o linguri\u021b\u0103 de oregano. Se toarn\u0103 deasupra \u0219i cele 3 linguri de ulei de m\u0103sline.<\/p>\n<p>Se amestec\u0103 totul bine \u0219i se las\u0103 s\u0103 se marineze m\u0103car 30 minute la frigider.<\/p>\n<p>2. Dup\u0103 acest timp se \u00eencinge pu\u021bin ulei \u00eentr-o tigaie \u0219i se pune la c\u0103lit carnea pe foc mediu p\u00e2n\u0103 se rumene\u0219te frumos.<\/p>\n<p>3. P\u00e2n\u0103 este gata carnea se poate prepara sosul Tzatziki \u0219i se pr\u0103jesc cartofii.<\/p>\n<p>4. Ceapa se marineaz\u0103 rapid: se taie rondele sub\u021biri, se pune deasupra putin otet de mere \u0219i o jum\u0103tate de linguri\u021b\u0103 de sare, se amestec\u0103 bine cu m\u00e2inile \u0219i se las\u0103 aproximativ 15 minute s\u0103 se marineze,<\/p>\n<p>5. Cand sunt gata toate ingredientele de mai sus pentru Gyros, se poate aranja pe farfurie sau \u00een lipie.<\/p>\n<p>6.
