Se preg\u0103tesc cartofii. Se cur\u0103\u021b\u0103, se spal\u0103 \u0219i se fierb \u00een ap\u0103 cu pu\u021bin\u0103 sare sau se fierb \u00een coaj\u0103, se taie rondele (dup\u0103 ce se r\u0103cesc pu\u021bin \u0219i se decojesc) dup\u0103 care se decupeaz\u0103 cu o form\u0103 atractiv\u0103.<\/p>\n<p>2. Pieptul de pui se spal\u0103, se fasoneaz\u0103 \u0219i dac\u0103 este cazul, se mai sub\u021biaz\u0103, dar foarte pu\u021bin (felia de piept de pui trebuie s\u0103 aib\u0103 cel pu\u021bin 1 cm, ca s\u0103 nu se usuce la preparare).<\/p>\n<p>3. Se condimenteaz\u0103 pieptul de pui, gata feliat cu: sare, piper, oregano, condiment pentru gr\u0103tar, ierburi italiene \u0219i boia de ardei sau chilli.<\/p>\n<p>4. Se d\u0103 pieptul de pui la rece pentru 20-25 de minute, dup\u0103 care se prepar\u0103 la grill, la foc mic, p\u00e2n\u0103 ce se p\u0103trunde u\u0219or, pe fiecare parte.<\/p>\n<p>5. Dup\u0103 ce s-au preparat feliile de piept de pui, pe ambele fe\u021be, se pun \u00eentr-o tav\u0103 \u0219i se acoper\u0103 cu felii de ca\u0219caval. Se d\u0103 tava la cuptorul pre\u00eenc\u0103lzit, la temperatur\u0103 medie, p\u00e2n\u0103 ce se tope\u0219te ca\u0219cavalul \u0219i \u201d\u00eembrac\u0103\u201d pieptul de pui.<\/p>\n<p>6.
