Se spal\u0103 fic\u0103\u021beii \u0219i se separ\u0103 cei doi lobi (se taie \u00een jum\u0103tate fiecare fic\u0103\u021bel). Se ung feliile de bacon cu mu\u0219tar \u0219i se \u00eenf\u0103\u0219oar\u0103 fiecare bucat\u0103 de ficat \u00een ele, prinz\u00e2ndu-se apoi cu o scobitoare, asfel \u00eenc\u00e2t, la cuptor s\u0103 nu se desfac\u0103.<\/p>\n<p>2. Se pun to\u021bi fic\u0103\u021beii odat\u0103 imbracati \u00een bacon \u00eentr-o tav\u0103, pe un singur r\u00e2nd, se presar\u0103 peste ei piper \u0219i se toarn\u0103 \u00een tav\u0103 apa amestecata cu vinul, sosul de soia, usturoiul pisat \u0219i cimbrul.<\/p>\n<p>3. Se d\u0103 totul la cuptorul pre\u00eenc\u0103lzit \u00een prealabil la 180 C pentru aproximativ 1 or\u0103, o or\u0103 \u0219i 20 minute.<\/p>\n<p>4.
