Se spal\u0103 pulpele de pui \u0219i se cura\u021b\u0103. Se las\u0103 s\u0103 se scurg\u0103 bine de ap\u0103 \u0219i se pun \u00eentr-un bol \u00eenc\u0103p\u0103tor.<\/p>\n<p>2. \u00centr-un alt bol se pune uleiul, sarea, piperul, boiaua, ghimbirul \u0219i condimentele pentru pui. Se amestec\u0103 bine totul apoi se adaug\u0103 100 ml bere \u0219i se toarn\u0103 apoi peste pulpe. Se amestec\u0103 bine astfel \u00eenc\u00e2t pulpele s\u0103 fie bine acoperite cu aceast\u0103 marinad\u0103. Se las\u0103 deoparte o jum\u0103tate de or\u0103.<\/p>\n<p>3. Se cura\u021b\u0103 ceapa \u0219i se taie julienne. Se pune \u00eentr-o tigaie pu\u021bin ulei \u0219i se adaug\u0103 ceapa. Se las\u0103 s\u0103 se c\u0103leasc\u0103 u\u0219or. Se trage deoparte ceapa \u0219i se pun buc\u0103\u021bile de carne \u00een tigaie. Se las\u0103 s\u0103 se albeasc\u0103 apoi se \u00eentorc pe partea cealalt\u0103.<\/p>\n<p>4. Se cur\u0103\u021b\u0103 \u0219i se spal\u0103 morcovul apoi se taie rondele. Se a\u0219az\u0103 peste carne \u0219i se toarn\u0103 restul de bere. Se las\u0103 20 de minute s\u0103 fiarb\u0103 la foc mic apoi se \u00eentorc buc\u0103\u021bile de carne pe partea cealalt\u0103 \u0219i se las\u0103 tot 20 de minute. Se verific\u0103 dac\u0103 este facut\u0103 carnea. Se stinge focul \u0219i se presar\u0103 deasupra p\u0103trunjel verde tocat.<\/p>\n<p>5.
