Aripioarele se presar\u0103 cu sare \u0219i fulgi de chili, dup\u0103 gust. Se a\u0219az\u0103 \u00een tav\u0103 cuptorului tapetat\u0103 cu h\u00e2rtie de copt, la distan\u021b\u0103 unele de altele.<\/p>\n<p>2. Se recomand\u0103 coacerea la 200C timp de 30 minute. Dac\u0103 nu sunt rumenite suficient, se porne\u0219te grill-ul (c\u0103ldura de sus), dar trebuie supravegheate s\u0103 nu se ard\u0103.<\/p>\n<p>3. C\u00e2nd aripioarele sunt gata, se preg\u0103te\u0219te sosul. \u00centr-o tigaie mai larg\u0103 se tope\u0219te untul \u0219i se adaug\u0103 uleiul. Se pun si frunzele de salvie si apoi se r\u00e2\u0219ne\u0219te piper negru, dup\u0103 gust.<\/p>\n<p>4. Dup\u0103 ce \u00eencepe s\u0103 sf\u00e2r\u00e2ie gr\u0103simea din tigaie, se adaug\u0103 usturoiul strivit, se amestec\u0103 \u0219i se las\u0103 un minut s\u0103 se infuzeze cu arome.<\/p>\n<p>5. Se adaug\u0103 aripioarele \u0219i se amestec\u0103 cu dou\u0103 linguri s\u0103 se acopere de untul aromat. Se mai poate r\u00e2\u0219ni piper negru \u0219i pu\u021bin\u0103 coaj\u0103 de l\u0103m\u00e2ie. Se amestec\u0103 bine.<\/p>\n<p>6. Se r\u0103stoarn\u0103 con\u021binutul t\u0103vii \u00eentr-un vas \u00eenc\u0103p\u0103tor (poate fi un platou de servire). Se adaug\u0103 parmezanul \u0219i se amestec\u0103 u\u0219or cu dou\u0103 linguri s\u0103 se topeasc\u0103.<\/p>\n<p>7.
