Se taie ceapa semi-inele. Pieptul de pui se taie \u00een jum\u0103t\u0103\u021bi, apoi se feliaz\u0103 \u00een felii cu grosimea de circa 1-2 cm.<\/p>\n<p>2. \u00centr-un bol se pune maioneza, se adaug\u0103 sm\u00e2nt\u00e2na, usturoiul pisat, boia de ardei dulce, piper negru, 100 g de ca\u0219caval ras, m\u0103rarul tocat \u0219i se amestec\u0103i bine p\u00e2n\u0103 se ob\u021bine\u021be o compozi\u021bie unic\u0103.<\/p>\n<p>3. Se unge cu ulei o tigaie de font\u0103 cu diametrul (22 cm) \u0219i se aranjaz\u0103 primul strat de piept de pui. Se condimenteaz\u0103 cu sare, piper negru \u0219i se acoper\u0103 cu jum\u0103tate de cantitate din amestecul de sm\u00e2nt\u00e2n\u0103 cu ca\u0219caval.<\/p>\n<p>4. Se repartizeaz\u0103 uniform un strat de ceap\u0103 \u0219i se asezoneaz\u0103 cu sare \u0219i piper negru. Se acoper\u0103 cu ultimul strat de piept de pui, se condimenteaz\u0103 cu sare \u0219i piper negru. Se pune amestecul r\u0103mas de sm\u00e2nt\u00e2n\u0103 cu ca\u0219caval. Se aranjeaz\u0103 ultimul strat de ceap\u0103 \u0219i se asezoneaz\u0103 cu sare \u0219i piper negru.<\/p>\n<p>5. Se repartizeaz\u0103 uniform 60 g de ca\u0219caval ras \u0219i se d\u0103 tigaia la cuptorul pre\u00eenc\u0103lzit la temperatura de 200\u00b0C, pentru 35-40 de minute.<\/p>\n<p>6.
