Se desface varza murat\u0103 \u0219i se spal\u0103 \u00een 2 ape s\u0103 nu fie prea s\u0103rat\u0103. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>2. Se preg\u0103te\u0219te umplutura: se toac\u0103 carnea \u00eempreuna cu baconul, c\u00e2rnatul, ciupercile \u0219i usturoiul. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>3. \u00centr-o crati\u021b\u0103 se c\u0103le\u0219te ceapa cu uleiul de m\u0103sline \u0219i foaia de dafin, se adaug\u0103 boiaua, pasta de ro\u0219ii \u0219i carnea \u0219i se amestec\u0103. Se adaug\u0103 sos picant, orezul \u0219i se stinge apoi aragazul. Se pune m\u0103rar verde \u0219i cimbru verde. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>4. Se umplu sarmalele \u0219i se a\u0219az\u0103 \u00een vasul \u00een care vor fierbe. Se pune pu\u021bin\u0103 varz\u0103 tocat\u0103 m\u0103runt pe fund \u0219i crengu\u021be de cimbru, m\u0103rar \u0219i dafin. Se stropesc cu past\u0103 de ro\u0219ii \u0219i ulei, apoi se adaug\u0103 ap\u0103 c\u0103ldu\u021b\u0103, s\u0103 acopere sarmalele. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>5. Se pun la fiert la foc domol p\u00e2n\u0103 se fierbe orezul, se sting \u0219i se las\u0103 acoperite s\u0103 se \u00eenmoaie \u00een oal\u0103. 6.
