Se adaug\u0103 uleiul \u0219i se maseaz\u0103.<\/li><li>Se a\u0219az\u0103 pulpele \u00eentr-o tav\u0103\/vas termorezistent, cu pu\u021bin spa\u021biu \u00eentre ele.<\/li><li>Se taie l\u0103m\u00e2ia felii sub\u021biri \u0219i se a\u0219az\u0103 printre \u0219i sub pulpe. Se toarn\u0103 dou\u0103 linguri de ap\u0103 \u00een tav\u0103.<\/li><li>Se coace carnea la 200 grade C timp de 45 minute, p\u00e2n\u0103 e rumena \u0219i pielea crocant\u0103.<\/li><li>Se pune apa la fiert \u00eentr-o oal\u0103 \u0219i c\u00e2nd fierbe se adaug\u0103 sparanghelul. Se las\u0103 la op\u0103rit 1-2 minute (depinde de grosime), apoi se scoate pe o farfurie \u0219i se &nbsp;presar\u0103 cu pu\u021bin\u0103 sare.<\/li><li>Se scoate tava din cuptor \u0219i se transfer\u0103 carnea pe platoul de servire. Se scot pe toc\u0103tor feliile de l\u0103m\u00e2ie coapte.<\/li><li>\u00cen sosul r\u0103mas \u00een tav\u0103 se adaug\u0103 usturoiul strivit, untul \u0219i se amestec\u0103. Se adaug\u0103 apoi verde\u021burile tocate, l\u0103m\u00e2ile tocate m\u0103runt, m\u0103runt \u0219i se r\u00e2\u0219ne\u0219te pu\u021bin piper negru. Se amestec\u0103 iar. Se gust\u0103 sosul de sare.<\/li><li>Se toarn\u0103 sosul peste pulpe. Se a\u0219az\u0103 sparanghelul \u00een jurul puiului.
