Se las\u0103 s\u0103 fiarb\u0103 aproximativ 20-25 minute.<\/li><li>\u00centre timp se preg\u0103te\u0219te sosul: se amestec\u0103 g\u0103lbenu\u0219ul, 2 linguri de lapte \u0219i amidonul, apoi se sub\u021biaz\u0103 cu cca 100 ml lapte.<\/li><li>Se pune la fiert laptele \u00eempreun\u0103 cu 200 ml din zeama \u00een care au fiert chiftelele. Cand \u00eencepe s\u0103 fiarb\u0103, se adaug\u0103 \u00eencet amestecul de amidon, ou \u0219i lapte. Se amestec\u0103 cu un tel, p\u00e2n\u0103 se \u00eengroa\u0219\u0103.
