Se pune ceapa cur\u0103\u021bat\u0103, sp\u0103lat\u0103 \u0219i tocat\u0103 fin \u00een uleiul \u00eencins, C\u00e2nd s-a \u00eenmuiat, se adaug\u0103 boiaua dulce \u0219i iute. Se d\u0103 vasul jos \u0219i se las\u0103 ceapa s\u0103 se r\u0103ceasc\u0103.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>2. Se fierbe 10-12 minute orezul \u00een pu\u021bin\u0103 ap\u0103 cu sare, apoi se scurge.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>3. Se amestec\u0103 carnea de pui cu kaiserul dat prin ma\u0219ina de carne, orezul, ceapa, sarea, piperul, cimbrul \u0219i schinduful.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>4. Se preg\u0103tesc foile de dragavei. Se taie cozile \u0219i tija groas\u0103 \u0219i se spal\u0103 bine. Se pune la foc un vas cu pu\u021bin\u0103 ap\u0103 \u0219i sare \u0219i c\u00e2nd aceasta este fierbinte se trec pe rand foile de dragavei. Nu trebuie \u021binute mult pentru a nu se \u00eenmuia prea tare, ci doar introduse \u0219i scoase, s\u0103 se \u00eenmoaie doar at\u00e2t c\u00e2t s\u0103 poat\u0103 fi rulate u\u0219or.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>5. Se pune umplutura la marginea foii de dragavei \u0219i se ruleaz\u0103, introduc\u00e2nd capetele \u00een\u0103untru. Se a\u0219az\u0103 sarmalele \u00eentr-un vas, pe un singur strat, se adaug\u0103 ro\u0219iile \u0219i bor\u0219 fiert separat c\u00e2t s\u0103 acopere sarmalele. Se d\u0103 vasul la cuptor p\u00e2n\u0103 se leag\u0103 sosul.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>6.
