Se condimenteaz\u0103 puiul cu condiment pentru pui, se strope\u0219te cu ulei de m\u0103sline \u0219i suc de l\u0103m\u00e2ie \u0219i se las\u0103 2-3 ore. Se cura\u021b\u0103 morcovii \u0219i se pun \u00eentr-o crati\u021b\u0103 de fiert sub presiune cu o cep\u0103 \u00eentreag\u0103 \u0219i o l\u0103m\u00e2ie neagr\u0103 \u00een 2 litrii de ap\u0103.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>2. C\u00e2nd apa \u00eencepe s\u0103 fiarb\u0103, se pune pieptul de pui t\u0103iat \u00een jum\u0103t\u0103\u021bi. Se fierbe 25 de minute. Se scoate puiul \u0219i se a\u0219az\u0103 \u00eentr-o tav\u0103 termorezistent\u0103.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>3. Se unge cu ketchup, se strope\u0219te cu ulei de m\u0103sline \u0219i se presar\u0103 cu piper proasp\u0103t m\u0103cinat. Se adaug\u0103 pu\u021bin\u0103 sup\u0103 de pui \u0219i se d\u0103 la cuptorul \u00eenc\u0103lzit la 220 de grade p\u00e2n\u0103 se rumene\u0219te.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>4. Uleiul de porumb se \u00eencinge \u00eentr-o crati\u021b\u0103 antiaderent\u0103 \u0219i se pr\u0103jesc semin\u021bele de pin, migdalele \u0219i cajou-ul p\u00e2n\u0103 iau o culoare aurie. Se scot \u00eentr-un bol.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>5. \u00cen acela\u0219i ulei se c\u0103le\u0219te ceapa p\u00e2n\u0103 devine aurie, apoi se adaug\u0103 supa de pui, pasta de ro\u0219ii, loomi, cui\u0219oarele, condimentul pentru kapsa \u0219i stafidele. C\u00e2nd supa \u00eencepe s\u0103 fiarb\u0103 se adaug\u0103 orezul (op\u0103rit \u00een prealabil \u0219i sp\u0103lat). Se acoper\u0103 \u0219i se fierbe la foc mic 25 de minute.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>6. Orezul se a\u0219az\u0103 pe un platou \u00eempreun\u0103 cu puiul scos de la cuptor; se decoreaza cu semin\u021bele de pin, migdale sau cajou.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>7.
