Se \u00eencinge uleiul pentru sosul de ro\u0219ii \u0219i se adaug\u0103 chili \u0219i usturoiul t\u0103iat felii \u0219i se c\u0103le\u0219te rapid p\u00e2n\u0103 \u00eencepe s\u0103 miroas\u0103. Se adaug\u0103 conserva de ro\u0219ii mixat\u0103 \u00een blender \u0219i se fierbe 10 minute, ad\u0103ug\u00e2nd sare dup\u0103 gust \u0219i un pic de zah\u0103r pentru a reduce din aciditate. Se stinge focul \u0219i se adaug\u0103 busuiocul sau p\u0103trunjelul tocat m\u0103runt.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>2. Se prepar\u0103 sosul b\u00e9chamel.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>3. Pentru umplutur\u0103, se \u00eencinge uleiul \u0219i se c\u0103le\u0219te ceapa tocat\u0103 m\u0103runt p\u00e2n\u0103 se \u00eenmoaie. Se adaug\u0103 carnea de pui tocat\u0103 (sau t\u0103iat\u0103 m\u0103runt cu cu\u021bitul) \u0219i se rumene\u0219te bine. Se condimenteaz\u0103 cu sare, piper \u0219i nuc\u0219oara.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>4. Dac\u0103 s-a folosit carne buc\u0103\u021bele, se pune \u00een robot, se adaug\u0103 mortadella \u0219i se mixeaz\u0103 p\u00e2n\u0103 se f\u0103r\u00e2mi\u021beaz\u0103. Dac\u0103 s-a folosit carnea tocat\u0103 de pui, se adaug\u0103 mortadella t\u0103iat\u0103 m\u0103runt \u00een umplutur\u0103.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>5. Se adaug\u0103 o lingur\u0103 bun\u0103 de sos bechamel \u0219i sm\u00e2nt\u00e2n\u0103 \u00een umplutur\u0103 \u0219i se amestec\u0103. Astfel umlutura se va &#8222;lega&#8221; \u0219i nu va fi seac\u0103 la final.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>6. Restul de sos bechamel se amestec\u0103 cu sosul de ro\u0219ii, se mai adaug\u0103 cele 2 linguri de sm\u00e2nt\u00e2n\u0103 dulce \u0219i se omogenizeaz\u0103.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>7. Se pune o oal\u0103 mare cu ap\u0103 \u0219i sare la fiert. C\u00e2nd \u00eencepe s\u0103 clocoteasc\u0103, se d\u0103 focul la mic \u0219i se adaug\u0103 cannelloni (nu se inghesuie \u00een oal\u0103). Se fierb timp de 5 minute. Pastele vor fi doar pe jum\u0103tate fierte dup\u0103 acest timp, \u00eesi vor p\u0103stra forma. Se scot cu o palet\u0103 pe un prosop curat.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>8. Se pune pe fundul unei t\u0103vi un strat sub\u021bire de sos. Se ia cu grij\u0103 c\u00e2te un cannelloni \u0219i se a\u0219az\u0103 \u00een picioare \u00een tav\u0103. Se umple cu carne, folosind o linguri\u021b\u0103. Se culc\u0103 tubul \u00een tav\u0103. Se repet\u0103 umplerea, p\u00e2n\u0103 se termin\u0103 tuburile.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>9. Se toarn\u0103 restul de sos peste cannelloni. Se presar\u0103 cu parmezan ras.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>10. Se d\u0103 tava la cuptor, la 200C, timp de 20-30 minute.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>11.
