Pieptul de pui se spal\u0103, se zv\u00e2nt\u0103 \u0219i se por\u021bioneaz\u0103 \u00een buc\u0103\u021bi cam de m\u0103rimea unei cutiu\u021be de chibrituri.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>2. Ciupercile se scot din saramur\u0103 \u0219i se limpezesc cu ap\u0103 rece.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>3. Legumele se cura\u021b\u0103 \u0219i se spal\u0103.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>4. Se feliaz\u0103 \u0219i jambonul \u0219i ardeiul ro\u0219u, zucchini \u0219i prazul verde. Astfel carnea, jambonul, prazul, ardeiul \u0219i zucchini se pun \u00eentr-un bol \u00eempreun\u0103 cu ciupercile.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>5. Se adaug\u0103 pu\u021bin\u0103 sare, piper cu lamaie, pudr\u0103 de usturoi, turmeric \u0219i se amestec\u0103 cu uleiul de susan \u0219i sosul de soia.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>6. Se s\u0103reaz\u0103 u\u0219or pentru c\u0103 jambonul, ciupercu\u021bele \u0219i sosul de soia con\u021bin deja sare.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>7. Se las\u0103 la marinat timp de o or\u0103 \u00eempreun\u0103 cu busuiocul verde tocat m\u0103runt.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>8. Se transfer\u0103 amestecul de carne cu legume \u00eentr-un vas ceramic \u0219i se d\u0103 la cuptor timp de 40 minute la 200 grade.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>9. La \u00eenceput se acoper\u0103 vasul cu o bucat\u0103 de h\u00e2rtie de copt care a fost udat\u0103 si mototolit\u0103. Astfel preparatul nu se va usca sau arde pe partea superioar\u0103.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>10.
