Se taie pulpele \u00een dou\u0103, \u00een buc\u0103\u021bi mici. Se presar\u0103 generos cu sare, piper negru \u0219i turmeric. Se picur\u0103 pu\u021bin ulei \u0219i se maseaz\u0103 s\u0103 se acopere uniform de condimente.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>2. Cartofii se cura\u021b\u0103, se taie rondele groase de aproximativ 1 deget \u0219i se condimenteaz\u0103 ca \u0219i cartofii.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>3. Se a\u0219az\u0103 cartofii \u00eentr-o tav\u0103 termorezistent\u0103. Deasupra \u0219i printre ei se pun buc\u0103\u021bile de carne. Se toarn\u0103 peste ele sucul de ghimbir.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>4. Se dau la cuptor, la 200C, p\u00e2n\u0103 carnea e facut\u0103 \u0219i rumen\u0103 (aprox. 45 minute).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>5. Se scot carnea \u0219i cartofii din tav\u0103 pe platoul de servire. \u00cen sucul r\u0103mas \u00een tav\u0103 se adaug\u0103 ceapa tocat\u0103 rondele \u0219i se amestec\u0103, se va g\u0103ti u\u0219or de la caldura t\u0103vii \u0219i a sosului.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>6. Se toarn\u0103 sosul peste cartofii de pe platou. Se presar\u0103 totul cu susan pr\u0103jit.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>7. E bun imediat sau re\u00eenc\u0103lzit.
