Pulpele de pui se cura\u021b\u0103 de tuleie \u0219i puf \u00eenainte de a fi g\u0103tite. Se pun apoi \u00eentr-un vas termorezistent, pe un pat de ro\u0219ii tocate (cele din conserv\u0103). Se p\u0103streaz\u0103 sucul de la aceste ro\u0219ii pentru a-l amesteca cu vin, ulei, 1\/2 lingur\u0103 ierburi de provence \u0219i 3 c\u0103\u021bei usturoi zdrobi\u021bi, dar se pune \u0219i o lingur\u0103 de zah\u0103r pentru a echilibra aciditatea acestuia. Pe l\u00e2ng\u0103 pulpe se pun m\u0103sline, ardeii t\u0103ia\u021bi f\u00e2\u0219ii mici, ceapa t\u0103iat\u0103 \u00een 6-8 buc\u0103\u021bi \u0219i 2 c\u0103\u021bei usturoi t\u0103ia\u021bi feliu\u021be. Se adaug\u0103 sare, piper \u0219i restul de ierburi, apoi se toarn\u0103 amestecul de vin, sucul de ro\u0219ii, supa de pui \u0219i uleiul cu ierburi de provence.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>3. Se acoper\u0103 vasul cu un capac sau o folie de aluminiu\/hartie de copt \u0219i se d\u0103 la cuptorul pre\u00eenc\u0103lzit la 180 grade, pentru aproximativ 45 minute. Dup\u0103 acest interval de timp se scoate capacul (folia) folia \u0219i se mai las\u0103 30 minute \u00een cuptor sau p\u00e2n\u0103 se \u00eengroa\u021b\u0103 sosul din tav\u0103. Sosul este cel mai important la aceast\u0103 re\u021bet\u0103.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>4. Din c\u00e2nd \u00een c\u00e2nd puiul se \u00eentoarce pe cealalta parte, ca s\u0103 nu se ard\u0103.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>5.
