Se spal\u0103 \u015fi se cur\u0103\u0163\u0103 ardeii de semin\u0163e \u0219i se face un c\u0103p\u0103cel \u00een zona codi\u021bei. Se alege \u0219i se spal\u0103 orezul \u0219i se toac\u0103 ceapa m\u0103runt.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>2. Se pune orezul \u00eentr-un bol \u00eempreun\u0103 cu ceapa t\u0103iat\u0103, carnea tocat\u0103, oul, m\u0103rarul, cimbru, sare \u015fi piper. Se amestec\u0103 bine compozi\u0163ia de carne.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>3. Se umplu ardeii cu compozi\u021bia ob\u021binut\u0103 \u0219i se aranjeaz\u0103 \u00eentr-o crati\u0163\u0103, care poate fi introdus\u0103 mai t\u00e2rziu \u0219i la cuptor. Se acoper\u0103 ardeii umplu\u021bi cu carne de pui cu ap\u0103 c\u0103ldu\u0163\u0103 \u015fi se las\u0103 s\u0103 fiarb\u0103 la foc potrivit.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>4. \u00centre timp, se preg\u0103te\u0219te sosul. Se cur\u0103\u0163\u0103 ceapa \u0219i se taie solzi\u015fori. Se pune la c\u0103lit \u00een uleiul \u00eencins \u00een prealabil. C\u00e2nd s-a \u00eenmuiat, se adaug\u0103 piureul de ro\u015fii \u0219i se amestec\u0103 \u00eencet s\u0103 nu se prind\u0103.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>5. Se condimenteaz\u0103 sosul cu sare, piper, busuioc dup\u0103 gust \u0219i se las\u0103 s\u0103 scad\u0103. Dup\u0103 ce au fiert ardeii pe aragaz, se mai bag\u0103 20-30 de minute la cuptor s\u0103 se rumeneasc\u0103.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>6.
